The purpose of our Maintenance Corporation is to oversee the maintenance of our common grounds as well as uphold the rules set forth in our Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Deed Restrictions.  In addition to keeping our community beautiful, safe, and compliant with New Castle County Code, we also strive to promote a friendly and neighborly community that our Residents are happy to call their home!

  • Per our governing documents, Declaration of Restriction violations must be reported to the YFMC Board.  You may submit violations you wish to report to any Board member you feel comfortable with.  All reports will remain confidential!

  • Per our governing documents, changes to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the YFMC Board for approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to any work being started.  If approved, no changes should be made to the submitted plans without obtaining another approval from the Committee.  Submit all requests to yorkfarmmaintenancecorp1@gmail.com.

  •   HOA payments can be taken online at www.newcastlede.gov/2030. All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American, American Express), debit cards, Paypal, Paypal Credit, echecks, or electronic checks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo are accepted through Paymentus, the county's third-party provider. Fees apply. Checks or money orders should be made out to NCC Maint Corp and mailed to the county's third-party provider. Mail check or money order to: New Castle County Maint. Corp. P.O. Box 780184, Phila., Pa. 19178-0184. Late fees will be applied, if payment is not received by the payment due date. The bill does not include any charges that may be due to York Farms Maintenance Corporation for collection costs. Any such charges would be billed to separately by York  Farms Maintenance Corporation's collection agency. For payment information only, contact New Castle County: 302-395-5340.

  • 2024 HOA Billing Schedule from the County: Annuals bills will be mailed in March by the County. The due date is April the 30th, or the next business day, if April 30th falls on a weekend or holiday. Delinquent notices will be mailed starting in May. Delinquent accounts are being managed by the collection agency, Neighborhood Resources. 

  • Please help keep our community safe by abiding by the 25 mph speed limit, stop signs and no parking signs.

  • If parking on the street on non-snow days, please do not park directly across from another vehicle.  Our streets are not wide enough to allow access of emergency vehicles to pass through two parked cars.  Please do not park on the street when it is snowing so our plowing company can clear the road properly.
